Mollee Waters, Head Cheerleading Coach
Mollee Waters is from Lake Arrowhead, California, where she lettered in Varsity Cheerleading and Softball. She attended college at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, where she cheered and was chosen to be the Captain of the Navy Cheerleading squad. She has competed on the National collegiate level and performed at Division 1 football and basketball events, including nationally televised contests with, among others, Notre Dame, Ohio State, and Army vs. Navy “America’s Game.” Upon graduation, Mollee was commissioned as a Naval Officer and served on Active Duty in the Pacific Fleet, homeported in San Diego, CA, for more than five years, with two underway deployments to the Middle East. After fulfilling her military commitment, she moved to Westminster, CO, where she now lives with her husband, Rick, goldendoodle Ferraa, and yellow lab Hunter. She is passionate about coaching, cheerleading, student-athlete development, running, and rock climbing. Mollee holds a BS in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy and a MA in Teaching/Science Education. She is a certified American Council on Exercise personal trainer and is excited to bring her decade of cheerleading experience to Boulder High School.
Amanda Peshock, Assistant Cheerleading Coach
Amanda Peshock is a Boulder, CO, native who graduated from Boulder High in 2013. During her cheerleading career, Amanda was a varsity letter winner, captain, and member of the squad that placed 2nd at the 2011 CHSAA State Spirit Championships in the 4A/5A coed division. Prior to cheerleading, Amanda was a nationally-ranked synchronized swimmer. The 2018-2019 season will be Amanda's third season coaching at Boulder High. Coaching has become one of her passions and she loves watching the team grow and improve every year; as students, athletes, and people. Amanda graduated from the University of Colorado in 2017 with a BA in Psychology and a Minor in French. Currently, Amanda is pursuing her passion for hospice care and will graduate from the Metropolitan State University of Denver with her Master's of Social Work in May of 2019. Amanda's favorite things in life include: her dog, a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix named Mabel, her pet rabbits, getting 12 hours of sleep per night, mashed potatoes, and watching the BHS Cheer Team succeed and have tons of fun while doing so.
